Just finished a stay Casa Joseph. One of the nicest hotels I’ve ever stayed at. We had a one bedroom suite. The room was terrific with lots of space and a nice bathroom. The A/C worked great.
The grounds of the hotel were well taken care of and I can’t thank the staff enough for the wonderful hospitality. They were attentive and took care of any issues immediately.
Would highly recommend staying here if you are in Puerto Escondido.

The hotel has 2 beaches but only one is swimmable. That beach has a lot of rock in the water so the swimming area is very small. Restaurant was so busy on gala night we couldn’t find a table and they ran out of plates and cutlery, I ate my dinner with a dessert spoon. They ran out of wine every single night and the drinks were very watered down.

From the moment we checked in, we knew this place was something special. The staff was incredibly warm, welcoming, and professional, making us feel comfortable from the very beginning.
We left absolutely amazed not only by the stunning design of the hotel, but by the consistency of the service, food, and attention to every detail. Every part of our stay reflected thoughtfulness and genuine hospitality, creating such a peaceful and tranquil atmosphere.
What truly set this hotel apart was the staff, who went above and beyond in every way. A special thank you to Victor, who graciously accompanied us to the beach late at night to make sure we felt safe. That level of care is something we’ll never forget.
This wasn’t just a beautiful hotel it was an experience. We left feeling completely at peace, refreshed, and already looking forward to coming back. Thank you to the entire team for making our stay unforgettable

"The view was amazing! I did not appreciate that the description says “on the beach, nothing between you and the sand” and it was about a 12 min walk to the actual water. Room was amazing. Food at the restaurant was a 3/10. Staff were AMAZING. Overall 3.5 stars."
